put 1½ cups of marg. into plastic jug.
Melt.
Add 1½ cups of cocoa.
Add 3 cups of white sugar.
Mix.
Add 9 eggs.
Mix.
Add 3 cups of flour, 3 teaspoons of baking powder and a pinch of salt.
Mix.
Add 1½ cups of choc.chips.
Mix.
Grease lamington tray smooth.
Bake at 175℃ for approx. 25 mins.
Cool in pan first before cutting.
Sprinkle with Icing sugar.
Serve.
